DESCRIPTION:Come learn about an ancient and little known method of mudras to heal both your physical and spiritual being. This is an introductory class for you to hear the basics of this sacred and powerful\, yet simple method that have been around for centuries. During the class we’ll discuss:\n• What are mudras and how can they be a huge benefit for you\n• What mudras do and how they work\n• What if I have physical disabilities?\n• How much time and effort needs to be applied\n• Where and when to do them\nYou will also get to practice a few basic mudras to assist you right away.\nThis is a by donation event. \nHosted by Marie Boyum\, CYI & Awareness Trainer. Marie began seeking and learning about her personal spiritual path early in her childhood. Her life has been one of a plethora of experiences\, both challenging and uplifting\, but always enlightening. For over three decades\, she has worked with multiple spiritual teachers from all over the world\, gleaning a wide array of teachings and wisdom along with various types of spiritual tools to assist and allow awareness for life’s situations.
