Mudras are powerful tools; they are yoga hand positions - physical gestures that have an effect on the energy flow of the body, working similarly to reflexology, acupressure or acupuncture. They also have a comparable affect on the brain, the way that meditation does.

Having had cancer herself, Marie used many methods to become cancer-free without major surgery, chemo or radiation. Mudras have the ability to aid in healing one from emotional and physical bonds that no longer serve us and can be a wonderful tool to assist in becoming cancer-free.

In this class, you will learn what mudras are and how and when to use them. We will practice six mudras specifically for cancer and you will receive information on how to practice at home.
