We’ll focus on relaxation, pain relief & building vitality. You will receive a gentle and long-lasting (ear seeds - no needles!) acupuncture treatment while practicing mudras and a simple meditation. Wear comfortable clothes (you will be in a chair); you may wish to bring a lap blanket.

Want to know more about mudras, what they are, how they benefit you and feel the energy of a group dynamic?
For this session, receive one individualized mudra for an aspect you'd like help with (or, to strengthen). * You need to private message me ahead of time so I have everyone's individual mudra ready. (You will get a sheet to take home with you.) If you are unsure of what to choose, contact me and I'll help you choose.
During the evening you will practice your mudra using the group energy to enhance the experience, and I'll be there to guide anyone with questions or concerns. Also, as a group, we will do one additional mudra together.

Join us to learn about acupressure and how it can help you with everyday health issues, while enhancing relationship bonds. Participants will learn a brief history of acupressure, point location and applications for each point. We will then apply what we've learned on one another. Bring your husband, wife or partner and enjoy an evening of bonding and learning. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and easy to remove shoes.
