At Three Moons Acupuncture, we are honored to help the men and women who have served in our nation’s military. Veteran’s benefits are gladly accepted for care. Not only do we help alleviate pain from some of the most chronic conditions, but we also help our veterans that are battling with PTSD and opioid addiction.
Before making an appointment, please contact your local VA (Veterans Administration) and ask your health care provider to request authorization for acupuncture care. We provide service for authorizations coming from Zablocki Milwaukee VA Medical Center and Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center in North Chicago.
