CANCELLED – Heart Health Nutrition / Cooking Class

Led by Rochelle Schmidt, who has been teaching nutritional cooking classes for the past 9 years, this class will focus on heart healthy foods and recipes. The class will include a brief lecture, followed by demonstrations and food tastings. Each participant will also receive some handouts to take home.
